SHB Tarrazu which provides a fantastic
balance of flavour for this special blend. Con Calcio is terrific for
all espresso beverages and preparation methods (plunger, stove top,
dripolator) in particular espresso and doppio ristretto. This clean
smooth cup is packed with flavour, body and aroma with no lingering
bitter aftertaste.
Grande Piacere
This medium roasted blend has a very distinct balance and smooth supple flavours which
will leave you wanting more. Blended together and meticulously roasted are
a
combination of Colombian, Indonesian, Costa Rico. This
smooth unique combined blend captures every moment as the
smooth and pleasing flavours burst through-out the cup. Fantastic served
with milk based beverages and very pleasing as a long black (doppio
espresso) or short macchiato. Light smooth taste
leaving a clean mouth surrounding finish on the palate.
Café Aggettivo
This organic blend displays distinct natural flavours and aromas with
each and every cup. Brazil blue organic dominates this organic blend
to provide the amazing fruity and earthy balance, while Mexico and PNG
organic dominates
with its darker roast characteristics. All hand crafted to exacting
levels guaranteeing
consistent flavour and balance for use in all beverage preparation methods. Good
earthy sharp cup, with slight fruitiness.

Costa Rica SHB “Rio Negro”
Comparable to a good red, with a rich coffee
flavour and mild acidity.
Ideal as a straight origin or blender.
Medium to dark roast with a flavour that’s medium to
full.
Brazil
Full washed Arabica, pulped and fermented by traditional processing
style. Even greenish bean free from silver skin. Very soft bodied with
light medium acidity, semi – sweet cup.
Colombian Excelso Rain
Forrest Alliance
Semi-soft to soft body with good acidity predominately from the Medellin
region in central Colombia.
Suitable for both medium and dark roasts.
Indonesia Mandheling 1
“Blue Batak” and “Lake Tawar” are both strong-bodied Arabica
produced between May and June. They are used in espresso blends
particularly when strong body is required to diminish milk based blends i.e cappuccino and macchiato. With an intense full flavour, it is heavy
in body with a light acidity. It is a medium to dark roast.
Peru
Kontiki MCM Altomayo
This very high quality Arabica is sourced from the Amazon to the North
East and the Andes Mountains (6,800 metres) in the centre. An excellent
soft bodied Arabica, aromatic with a delicate acidity. A well balanced
cup with lingering caramel overtones.
Single origin organic
Brazil Blue Organic
Australian Arabica bean from one of Australia’s finest. Subtle earthy
characteristics are present leaving a rich and smooth palate without any
bitterness. Medium roasting makes for a delicious espresso or plunger.
PNG Organic
Certified by Biological Farmers of Australia
Native grown Arabica from the Western Highlands of PNG.
Grown at elevation between 5000 and 6500ft in
soils that are totally free of pesticides. Light bodied with delicate
acidity, full flavour red with chocolate overtones.
Mexican Organic
Grown above 3500ft in soil free from
pesticides.
Light bodied

Generally mild but with delicate flavours.
